By accessing or using FarmHand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

FarmHand provides farm management software tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all farm data you upload to FarmHand. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time.
